ICE-SAR implements Alda in all their rescue ships

Alda Safety is very proud to have signed an agreement with the Icelandic Association for Search and Rescue (ICE-SAR) to implement the Alda safety management system in all of their rescue ships. This is a major milestone for us and great recognition of the work that has been put into developing and building the system.
ICE-SAR plays a key role in safety and rescue work in Iceland and handles calls in demanding situations where safety, organization and clear procedures are of the utmost importance. With the implementation of Alda, the goal is to further support robust safety and rescue work, increase overview and strengthen coordinated safety management in all rescue ships.
ICE-SAR is particularly close to us at Alda, as we have from the very beginning worked with the representatives of the Maritime Safety and Survival Training Centre, which ICE-SAR operates, on the development of Alda. The signing of the partnership agreement also sealed the ongoing development collaboration on the Alda and Agga safety app for small-boat fishermen with the Icelandic Maritime Safety and Survival Training Centre.
We at Alda Safety would like to thank ICE-SAR for their trust and look forward to our continued collaboration. It is a true honor for us to support an activity that is of great importance to society as a whole and to continue our contribution to increasing safety at sea.
